WESPA is being organized. It is not currently the certified representative of a bargaining unit.
Using this website does not make you a member. Completing a checkup or contacting WESPA does not sign an authorization card, file a grievance, or begin a legal proceeding.
Electronic communication cannot be guaranteed completely private or secure. Share only what is necessary.

Information you choose to provide
Begin with only what is necessary.
The contact form lets you provide a name or preferred name, email address, subject, and message so WESPA can review and respond to your inquiry.
A submission may be processed or stored by this website’s WordPress and Fluent Forms installation, the hosting environment, and the email systems used to deliver and receive the message.
Do not send sensitive records through the form. This includes student information, medical records, Social Security numbers, financial information, complete grievance files, or similar records. This website is intended for adults. Do not submit a child’s personal information.
Contacting WESPA does not create an attorney-client relationship, legal representation, or a certified-union representation relationship.
Representation Checkups
Your answers stay on your device.
Your selections in the Representation Checkups are processed in your browser.
The checkups do not submit or save your answers to WESPA. Ordinary website measurement may still record that the page was visited or that an interaction occurred, as explained below.
Technical information and cookies
Some information supports operation and security.
The hosting provider, WordPress, security tools, caching systems, and form-protection systems may process ordinary technical information.
This can include an IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, dates and times, referring pages, and activity identified as spam or a possible security threat.
Cookies or similar technologies may be used to operate and protect the website, support administrator sign-in, remember technical settings, improve performance, and protect forms from abuse.
Analytics and advertising measurement
Google services help measure website traffic.
WESPA uses Site Kit by Google, Google Analytics, and a Google Ads tag to understand website traffic and measure whether outreach and advertising bring visitors to the site.
Depending on the service and your settings, Google may receive the page URL, IP address, approximate location, browser or device information, referring source, website interactions, cookies, or similar identifiers.
The website is not configured to send the contents of contact-form fields—such as a name, email address, or message—to Google Analytics or Google Ads. Google Analytics may record that a page was viewed or that an interaction occurred, but not the text entered in the form. Logged-in WordPress users are currently excluded from Google Analytics measurement.
Google may use information from websites that use its services for measurement, security, fraud prevention, service improvement, and, depending on the services and your settings, advertising.

How WESPA uses information
Information supports a limited set of purposes.
Website and contact information may be used to:
- Operate, maintain, and protect the website.
- Review and respond to messages.
- Understand which pages and resources visitors use.
- Measure the effectiveness of outreach and advertising.
- Detect spam, abuse, security threats, and technical problems.
WESPA does not sell contact-form information.
Service providers and disclosure
Different services perform different functions.
Depending on their function, service providers may process website information on WESPA’s behalf.
These providers include IONOS hosting and email services, WordPress and installed plugins, Fluent Forms, Wordfence, and Google. Each provider also handles information under its own terms and privacy practices.
WESPA may disclose information when reasonably necessary to operate or protect the website, respond to a lawful request, comply with applicable law, or protect the rights and safety of WESPA or others.
Retention and security
Records are kept only as reasonably necessary.
Messages may be kept to respond, maintain appropriate organizational records, protect the website, and meet applicable legal or operational needs.
Analytics, security, and hosting records are retained according to WESPA’s settings and the applicable provider’s practices.
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no website, email system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and questions
You can control cookies and ask about submitted information.
You may block or delete cookies through your browser. Blocking cookies or measurement may affect some website features or the accuracy of traffic reports.
To ask about information you submitted, or to request a correction or deletion, email contact@joinwespa.org. WESPA will review reasonable requests under applicable law. Some information may need to be kept for security, legal, recordkeeping, or operational reasons.
