WESPA

Private contact

Talk with us privately.

Ask a question, share a workplace concern, or learn about WESPA. You choose how much to tell us.

Contacting WESPA does not make you a member. It is not an authorization card, public endorsement, grievance, agency complaint, or legal filing.

Start with the basics

Tell us what you need.

You can ask about workplace rights, current union representation, WESPA, or organizing. A short message is enough. You do not need to explain everything in the first message.

Use a personal device

When possible, use your personal phone, computer, and email account instead of an employer-controlled system.

Do not send sensitive records

Do not send student information, medical records, Social Security numbers, financial information, or a complete grievance file through this form.

Share only what is necessary

Begin with a brief description. If more information is needed, we can discuss a safer way to provide it.

Send a message

How can we help?

Your message will be sent to the WESPA contact mailbox. It will not be sent to your employer or current union by this form.

Contact WESPA

Please remember: WESPA cannot promise that a message will stop or extend any deadline.

Deadlines matter

Do not wait if time may be running.

A message to WESPA does not file a grievance, appeal, unfair-labor-practice complaint, discrimination charge, safety complaint, wage complaint, or court action. Different processes can have different deadlines.
